Junior Billing Compliance Auditor

• Build data collection tools, Excel models and Power BI dashboards tracking billing audit findings, error rates and repeat issues
• Convert narrative audit findings into structured, reliable datasets
• Apply statistical sampling and data quality checks to audits
• Present clear reports and insights to leadership and compliance committees
• Collaborate with Finance and Data Analytics teams to connect their data with compliance
• Research healthcare regulations
• Occasionally support audits and investigations
• Build compliance reporting tools, dashboards and reports from the ground up

• Around 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including building tools and processes from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool
• Fluent English
• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
• Autonomy to work without close supervision
• Experience in healthcare, especially billing, claims, revenue cycle or compliance audits (nice to have)
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations, including Medicaid, CMS and HIPAA (nice to have)
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot in analysis work (nice to have)
