Field Sales Representative, Concept Consultant – Retail Store Fit-Out

• Act independently as a sales professional within the assigned territory
• Monitor the needs and requirements of existing customers
• Expand and further develop the sales territory through new customer acquisition
• Focus on the bakery and confectionery, café, specialty food, food retail and hospitality sectors
• Develop future-ready retail store fit-out concepts together with architects and planners
• Take current market trends and challenges into account
• Stay informed at an early stage about new-build and refurbishment projects as well as site development initiatives

• More important than your formal training is a strong natural aptitude for sales and a proven track record of success
• Ideally, experience with technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail store fit-outs, woodworking, interior fixtures or a similar field
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing
• Strong execution skills and an affinity for an industry with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to collaborate with the specialist team
