Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

• Manage personal injury files from inception through pre-litigation settlement or transfer
• Maintain strict deadlines and client communication
• Open insurance claims and report claims to carriers
• Assist clients with property damage resolution
• Coordinate ongoing client medical care
• Track treatment milestones
• Manage complete medical records and billing requests
• Open and track medical liens with healthcare providers, health insurance companies, and statutory lienholders
• Maintain organized digital files
• Update client records within case management software

• Minimum of 2–3 years of dedicated experience as a Case Manager (not administrative assistant or receptionist) in a California-based Personal Injury law firm
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Strong English language proficiency required
• Hands-on experience with Filevine highly preferred
• Ability to work full-time during standard Pacific Time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)

• High attention to detail in high-volume settings
• Availability for a full-time contractor schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm PST
