Social Media and Content Manager

• Own the organic social media presence from concept through to the finished post
• Manage Instagram and TikTok with Reels, Stories, and posts
• Produce and edit videos using creator content and original footage
• Manage the Instagram and Facebook communities and respond to comments and messages
• Identify recurring customer questions and turn them into Stories and Reels
• Find new UGC creators and negotiate barter deals
• Use platforms such as Trybe
• Create shot lists for creators, and collect and organize the resulting content
• Appear on camera and create Stories from day-to-day work
• Contribute to ad creatives and record voice-overs for ads
• Manage and expand affiliate and deal partnerships
• Develop the channels’ tone of voice and visual direction
• Analyze content performance and plan the following month

• Experience in social media marketing or content production, ideally for a brand or in e-commerce
• Confident video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere, or a comparable tool
• Pleasant, natural speaking voice and willingness to regularly record voice-overs
• Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for appearing on camera
• Willingness to appear on camera, use a microphone, and create face-to-camera Stories
• Ability to identify and test new formats and trends early
• Strong community management skills with an appropriate, friendly tone
• Native-level German
• Strong self-organization in a remote setup
• Nice to have: initial experience with affiliate or deal platforms
