Sales Representative – Trauma & PT

• Drive results-oriented sales and execute strategies for focus products to strengthen and expand market position
• Identify opportunities and actively manage calls and accounts
• Build and maintain strong, partnership-based customer relationships
• Identify challenges and customer needs, and develop optimal solutions with customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor the market environment and recommend appropriate actions
• Routinely support users and operating-room staff during surgeries and conduct workshops
• Actively manage consignment inventory with a focus on inventory efficiency
• Work closely as part of the team and contribute to a culture of learning
• Participate in national trade fairs and congresses, as well as local symposia
• Support professional education (ProfEd) events
• Sell trauma surgery products, focusing on plates, screws, nails, and surgical power tools for small- and large-bone surgery

• Completed university degree or medical background and/or operating-room experience in orthopaedics
• Alternatively, experience as a medical device consultant in trauma surgery/orthopaedics
• Existing customer network within the assigned territory preferred
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel

• Sound understanding of business administration

• 13 monthly salaries per year
• Salary classification in pay grade E12 under the Hamburg chemical industry collective bargaining agreement (PG 25 pay group E12 or PG26)
