SAP Global Label Management Lead – Pharma

• Lead the SAP GLM workstream across implementation, enhancement, rollout, and optimization initiatives
• Act as the primary functional expert for SAP Global Label Management and related labeling processes
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP GLM solutions
• Drive solution design workshops with business, packaging, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory stakeholders
• Define and govern labeling processes, templates, master data requirements, and system integrations
• Collaborate with SAP teams, solution architects, validation teams, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery
• Support testing, validation, training, cutover, and go-live activities
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory, quality, and labeling requirements
• Manage workstream plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Support global template deployment, system harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proven experience as a SAP GLM Lead, SAP GLM Consultant, or SAP Labeling Solution Lead
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Global Label Management (GLM)
• Experience with pharmaceutical labeling, packaging, artwork, and regulatory processes
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA integration with labeling and packaging processes
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
• Strong understanding of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), quality processes, and compliance requirements
• Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent business English
