Principal Consultant Onboarding

• Independently implement SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Employee Central and Recruiting
• Guide clients through all project phases—from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation
• Lead client workshops and oversee implementation
• Ensure continuous coordination and communication between clients and project teams
• Take responsibility for on-time, on-budget project delivery, including quality assurance
• Collaborate with project management on project plans, timelines, and effort estimates
• Identify risks and issues at an early stage and develop appropriate solutions
• Manage test activities
• Actively contribute to presales activities, including responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and developing solution designs
• Build sustainable client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact

• At least 4 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customizing and system configuration
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects—from kick-off through hypercare
• Strong sense of ownership for delivery quality, time management, and client satisfaction
• Ability to identify risks early and proactively initiate targeted measures
• Analytical and structured thinking, combined with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of HR processes and their implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
