Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

• Own the Technical Win
• Translate customer pain points into a 10/20/70 transformation blueprint (Technology/Data/Processes)
• Work with CX Solution Architecture or Process and BPO Consulting
• Configure AI-powered Proofs of Value
• Orchestrate APIs and integrate legacy systems, CRMs, and ERPs
• Facilitate executive workshops and Design Sprints
• Develop and deliver compelling impact-driven storytelling
• Participate in customer meetings, with availability for occasional visits and travel

• Completed bachelor's degree (MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in information security
• Advanced/fluent English
• Spanish is desirable for meetings
• Strong experience in CX Solution Architecture or Process and BPO Consulting
• Cloud knowledge: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Deep knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of Conversational AI tools, such as Twilio and ElevenLabs
• Knowledge of telecommunications, chatbots, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting for AI-first customer journeys
• Ability to configure AI-powered Proofs of Value
• Experience orchestrating APIs
• Experience integrating legacy systems, CRMs, and ERPs
• Experience facilitating executive workshops and Design Sprints
• Strong impact-driven storytelling skills
