Project Analyst II
Sobre a vaga
• Serve as the internal point of reference for the requirements of public calls for proposals and contracts, including workload, attendance, faculty, infrastructure, enrollment, dropout rates, and other obligations
• Translate requirements into an obligations tracker with deadlines, responsible parties, and required supporting evidence
• Monitor amendments, notices, and regulatory changes, updating the tracker and alerting the relevant department
• Prepare and submit reports and supporting documentation within the deadline and in the format required by the government agency
• Collect, verify, and organize supporting documentation with the academic, finance, registrar’s office, and campus teams
• Verify consistency between reported data and internal databases before submission
• Respond to requests for additional information and clarification from government agencies within the required timeframe
• Monitor the financial schedule, projected and received amounts, discrepancies, and outstanding items
• Identify and address disallowed expenses or deductions, determining their causes and correcting processes
• Maintain operational relations with the Department of Education and other agencies involved
• Maintain complete, organized, and traceable document files for inspections or audits
• Monitor indicators required by the public call for proposals and flag deviations
• Propose process improvements to address recurring issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience preparing accountability reports for agreements, contracts, or partnerships with public-sector entities, or in controllership, compliance, or auditing roles with a strong documentation focus
• Advanced Excel skills for database verification and reconciliation, including lookup functions, pivot tables, list matching, and version control
• Strong formal writing skills, including official letters, responses to requests for additional information, and communications with public agencies
• Experience with government-funded state or federal education programs, such as Trilhas de Futuro, PRONATEC, PROPAG, or equivalent programs
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to partnerships and contracts with public administration entities
• Familiarity with academic operations, including enrollment, class registers, attendance, instructional hours, and academic records
• Experience using public-sector agencies’ accountability portals and systems
