Bilingual Medical Caller – Primary Care

• Make high-volume outbound calls to primary care patients to schedule annual physicals and routine checkups.
• Build positive rapport with patients over the phone.
• Re-engage no-show patients, confirm upcoming visits, and encourage regular preventative care.
• Navigate call management platforms to handle daily outbound workflows while maintaining call quality.
• Schedule appointments, update patient demographics, and document call outcomes in the electronic health record system.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple specialties to support comprehensive patient care.

• Proven background handling high-volume outbound calls, telemarketing, or patient scheduling outreach.
• Bubbly, warm, energetic, and highly articulate over the phone with great interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with VOIP phone systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Meticulous attention to detail, proactive follow-up habits, and reliable attendance.
• Full-time contractor position requiring 40 hours per week.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8-5pm PST.
