Assistant Manager – Technology, BPM, RPA

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance
• Own end-to-end production support for Power Automate Digital Workers, Velocity microservices, and EDMS applications
• Monitor system health, platform performance, incidents, and recurring issues
• Ensure timely incident and service-request resolution within agreed SLAs
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, vendor, business, product-owner, and technology teams
• Maintain incident documentation, RCA reports, knowledge articles, SOPs, support guides, workflow diagrams, and configuration details
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls, audit requirements, PMO, QMS, architecture, security, and data-privacy standards
• Identify risks and drive mitigation steps
• Improve support processes, reduce manual effort, and contribute to automation and monitoring enhancements
• Support requirements gathering, feasibility validation, UAT, release validation, and change readiness
• Review vendor performance and ensure delivery aligned with SLAs and platform requirements
• Conduct performance reviews and foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams
• Expertise in digital platforms, automation tools, and middleware technologies
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with industry-standard practices and regulations related to digital platforms and automation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
