Team Lead, CRM / Email Marketing

• Lead a team of 3–5 Account Managers, both functionally and disciplinarily
• Conduct structured weekly 1:1 meetings and take responsibility for team well-being
• Support employee development through training, feedback, and structured onboarding
• Own the development and performance of a portfolio of approximately 6–8 of the most demanding client accounts
• Serve as a senior-level point of contact for decision-makers and proactively introduce relevant topics in client calls
• Identify churn risks early, decide on appropriate countermeasures, and return at-risk accounts to a growth trajectory
• Act as the team’s subject-matter escalation point, with responsibility for Klaviyo and CRM architecture
• Provide functional coaching to Account Managers and help expand their capabilities
• Own a company-wide employee process, such as onboarding or offboarding
• Align standards with other Key Account Managers and actively share learnings

• At least 3–4 years of experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally including experience in an agency or e-commerce environment
• Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable platform (Braze, Emarsys, Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Proven ability to build complex setups independently, rather than merely supporting them
• Initial leadership or mentoring experience
• Confident communicating with senior decision-makers, including managing directors and heads of marketing
• Native-level German
• Good written and spoken English
• Residence in Germany (mandatory for tax and social security purposes)
