Java Software Engineer

• Shape requirements with the client as the project evolves
• Turn business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans
• Design, build and maintain back-end services in a microservices architecture
• Work directly with the client and keep the team in sync
• Make technical decisions independently and flag risks early
• Contribute to a project expanding a system for a last-mile delivery services company

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Practical experience in designing and developing microservices architectures
• Good understanding of asynchronous communication, including message queues and event-based messaging
• Experience with NoSQL databases and an understanding of eventual consistency
• Solid knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs
• Fluent English
• Native-level Polish
