IT System Administrator

• Run and maintain servers, virtualization, backup, and core services on-premises and in the cloud
• Manage user accounts, access, clients, and collaboration tools
• Connect new applications via SSO
• Patch, harden, and monitor systems
• Handle vulnerabilities and security incidents
• Own and administer business applications, including Atlassian and finance applications
• Replace manual work with scripts
• Drive projects such as new office rollouts and integrations of acquired companies
• Support the IT environment for the platform, 1,000+ colleagues, and 500+ clients

• Several years of experience as a system administrator in a mixed environment
• Confidence with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with the Linux command line
• Understanding of networking basics
• Scripting and automation skills, ideally with PowerShell or Bash
• Ability to learn quickly, identify root causes, and work independently
• Open communication and ability to collaborate with others
• Experience with VMware, Veeam, Intune, SentinelOne, or Atlassian administration is nice to have
• German language skills are nice to have
