QA Automation Engineer, Playwright, Typescript, FinTech Project

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks across web applications, APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end automated test suites
• Create and maintain automated tests for complex workflows, edge cases, data integrity, and state transitions across services
• Integrate and manage automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing across core services and infrastructure
• Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and system weaknesses
• Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for developing automation scripts and test frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Playwright
• Strong understanding of testing best practices, test strategy, software development lifecycles, and modern QA methodologies
• Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerized environments such as Docker
• Previous experience in fintech, financial services, payments, banking, or other financial technology environments is highly preferred
• Strong verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Availability to work and collaborate effectively with distributed teams during EST hours
