Requirements Analyst

• Support the Product Owner (PO) in refining and writing user stories
• Perform functional testing
• Produce artifacts to meet contractual requirements
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate communication between users and the technical team
• Prepare requirements specifications and use cases
• Support project scope definition
• Participate in development planning and progress-tracking meetings
• Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives

• Completed higher education (undergraduate degree and/or lato sensu postgraduate qualification and/or stricto sensu postgraduate qualification) in Information Technology
• Full-stack development knowledge, particularly Java
• Knowledge of Vue.js and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB
• Requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, brainstorming, observation, etc.)
• Requirements modeling with UML (use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.)
• Knowledge of BPMN for business process modeling
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, and other tools
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall)
• Experience with functional and technical documentation
• Knowledge of SQL and ERP/CRM systems is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening skills and empathy for clients
• Analytical thinking and systems-level perspective
