• Prepare and process accurate medical bills
• Submit claims to insurance companies
• Manage patient billing records
• Review and verify billing data and revise errors
• Follow up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe
• Use medical coding to ensure compliance with federal regulations
• Answer patient inquiries regarding billing issues or concerns
• Process payments from insurance companies and patients
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Navigate insurance portals to check patient benefits and follow up on claims

• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and practices
• Experience in medical billing and coding using ICD-10 codes
• Ability to handle medical collections efficiently
• Familiarity with coding systems in the healthcare industry
• Ability to navigate electronic health records
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10PM to 7AM Manila time
• Must follow US Holidays
