Supply Growth Intern – Memberships

• Manage the verification and review of pending host profiles
• Ensure published pages comply with quality and safety standards
• Evaluate, approve, and guide new hosts throughout the onboarding funnel
• Monitor profile activation and help ensure onboarding is completed within 30 days of registration
• Identify inconsistencies and guide hosts on next steps
• Answer questions from new hosts during onboarding
• Provide fast, clear, and welcoming operational and technical support
• Identify and resolve issues in the host onboarding journey
• Record and update information in the CRM
• Track onboarding-related metrics and information
• Identify bottlenecks, patterns, and recurring issues
• Share insights to improve onboarding processes

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Tourism, Communications, Management, Sales Management, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Interest in travel, cultural exchange, and the sharing economy
• Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, or operational processes is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, or similar tools is a plus
• Experience in multicultural environments or working with people from different countries is a plus

• Monthly stipend of BRL 1,500
