Accounting Assistant

• Review weekly and monthly campaign performance data to determine amounts owed
• Access campaign tracking platforms to retrieve performance and payment information
• Reconcile expected payments against actual deposits and payments received
• Identify discrepancies between amounts owed and amounts paid and track outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate records of payments, campaign data, and reconciliations
• Prepare recurring reports and summaries using financial and campaign data
• Work with spreadsheets to organize, analyze, and track payment information
• Learn and use marketing campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related area
• Experience with reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies between expected and actual payments
• Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms
• Basic technical aptitude
• Experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar marketing tracking platforms is a plus
• Advanced English (C1+)
