E-Commerce Marketing Manager

• Full responsibility for multiple e-commerce client projects
• Responsibility for growth and revenue targets, as well as the overall performance of client projects
• Coordinating the Paid Media, Creative, Copywriting, and Conversion teams
• Assigning tasks, tracking execution, and leading the internal weekly meeting
• Allocating budgets to profitable growth areas
• Identifying deviations at an early stage and initiating corrective action
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
• Leading strategic client meetings and clearly representing decisions to clients and company management
• Ideally, taking ownership of one particularly strong marketing channel within the projects and bringing key learnings back to the team
• Collaborating with subject-matter experts in Paid Media, Creative, Copywriting, Conversion, and Landing Pages

• At least two years of hands-on operational experience in an e-commerce marketing channel, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Native Ads
• Understanding of how the other channels work together; this is not a role for a single-channel specialist
• Confident working with ROAS, POAS, CAC, and contribution margin, as well as the impact of new and returning customers on allowable acquisition costs
• Proven ownership of e-commerce projects and results—not merely an advisory role—ideally across multiple projects in parallel
• Practical experience managing client relationships
• Very good German language skills, or German proficiency close to native level, will be assessed in the application form
