Compliance Analyst

• Support the preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports and notifications to relevant regulators/authorities
• Collect, review, and validate data required for regulatory reporting
• Assist with ensuring regulatory reports are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines
• Perform checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies or missing information
• Support the preparation of responses to routine regulatory and licensing requests
• Keep internal compliance records, trackers, and registers up to date
• Compile and analyze required player data
• Coordinate investigations of betting integrity matters across relevant teams, including gathering and reviewing information and assisting with responses to regulatory requests
• Monitor industry news and changes to regulatory requirements and update relevant records and processes
• Support the Regulatory Compliance team with audits, reviews, and other regulatory projects
• Work collaboratively with teams across the business
• Carry out general administrative and analytical tasks to support the effective operation of the Compliance function
• Perform other compliance-related duties as required

• Previous experience in a compliance-focused role within the regulated gambling industry is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work with numerical and data-driven information
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Previous exposure to regulatory reporting or working within a regulated environment is nice to have
• General knowledge of the online gambling industry is nice to have
• Experience with a sportsbook is an advantage
