Cluster Operations & Maintenance Performance Specialist – Visayas

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational activities across North Luzon commercial properties
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance
• Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize disruption to building operations
• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
• Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requests
• Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients
• Monitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvements
• Analyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategies

• Ensure buildings and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements
