Lecturer, Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering

• Design or adapt a curriculum of approximately 70 instructional units to meet the client's requirements
• Teach the fundamentals of voltage, current, resistance, circuits, measurement technology, electrical hazards, protective measures, and the applicable legal framework
• Prepare training materials
• Conduct live sessions with tutorial support
• Administer learning assessments, including grading rubrics
• Deliver training in small groups of 12–20 employees
• Training duration: two weeks, or 70–80 instructional units

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification (e.g., master craftsperson in electrical engineering or state-certified electrical engineering technician)
• Experience in adult education
• Experience designing instructional materials, not just delivering training
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and online training
• AEVO trainer certification or a comparable teaching qualification is desirable but not required
