Industrialization Lead

• Serve as the prototype reference for the team
• Prepare industrial documentation and bills of materials for card and/or system products, including series production and prototypes
• Anticipate prototype-to-series transfers by participating in the development of customer reviews and FAI processes
• Contribute to drafting customer-specific industrial documentation for the programs
• Contribute to preparing and distributing product FAIs and participate in customer reviews and FAIs
• Manage the transfer of the initial integration tooling developed for prototypes to series production
• Train integrators during the first series-production or prototype products, both internally and externally
• Develop tools (Excel programs/macros) to automate sequences of ERP transactions and ERP data extractions

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the development of electronic boards
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Experience with SAP
• Assertiveness
• Rigor and a strong team-oriented approach
• Strong spoken and written English skills for communication with international stakeholders
