PPC Specialist

• Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive revenue, improve rankings, increase conversions, and support sales growth
• Track CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, spend, and account health, making data-driven adjustments
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, and spend allocation to maximize ROI
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
• Support day-to-day Amazon store/account activities to ensure smooth operations and continued growth

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
• Strong understanding of Amazon advertising, keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue growth
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience preparing performance reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor account health and campaign performance consistently
• Experience supporting Amazon store or account management, including ranking, conversion, and sales growth initiatives
• Experience working in an Amazon-focused digital agency or with multiple Amazon brands/accounts
• Experience managing large advertising budgets or high-volume PPC campaigns
• Familiarity with broader paid media platforms outside Amazon
• Experience with conversion tracking and performance attribution
• Ad copywriting experience for paid media campaigns
• Experience supporting supply chain, inventory, or operational coordination related to Amazon account growth
• Required availability during core collaboration hours of 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PHT and 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT
• Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace ready for remote work
