Senior Fullstack Engineer – India

• Deliver high-quality software across the Rosterfy SaaS stack, reporting to the Technical Lead.
• Design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to deliver user-impacting features.
• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance.
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship.
• Contribute to architectural improvements, technical discovery, feature scoping, and engineering strategy execution.
• Ensure accessibility and localisation across the multi-region SaaS platform.
• Maintain compliance-minded engineering practices, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Lead test strategy and validation; own test coverage, pipeline health, and regression control.
• Contribute to high-impact technical delivery, product quality, engineering standards, and medium-term architectural decisions.

• 4+ years building SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in multi-region environments.
• Comfortable working across the full stack — from frontend to backend.
• Strong with Laravel (or modern PHP frameworks) and modern frontend tools (React, Next.js, or Vue), XDebug, writing unit tests.
• Front and Back end Engineering expertise.
• Mobile (React Native)
• Experience working in ISO/SOC2 compliant environments
• Understands accessibility, scalability, and localisation for global users
• Comfortable operating in cloud-native stacks using AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling
• Experienced in designing within and around a modular monolith architecture
• Skilled in relational databases (Aurora MySQL, PostgreSQL), with a strong focus on data modelling for scale and performance
• Feature delivery velocity using Copilot, Gemini, test automation, or scaffolding is a big plus.
• Building AI-augmented product experiences using LLM APIs and prompt design is a big plus.
• Coaching others on integrating GenAI into workflows is a big plus.
