Customer Relations Manager – Peritoneal Dialysis

• Strategically manage focus and growth customers and jointly develop and oversee customer strategies with Sales and Account Management
• Identify peritoneal dialysis (PD) opportunities, expand therapy concepts, and further develop customer relationships
• Support the establishment of home dialysis structures through business evaluations and structural analyses
• Define objective KPIs and success criteria and derive measures for program development and optimization
• Identify, document, and analyze customer needs, challenges, and opportunities
• Manage strategic and operational customer projects, including gap analyses and root-cause assessments
• Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, Digital Solution Management, and Marketing
• Promote structured customer feedback loops to optimize offerings, processes, products, and services
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training content for products, therapies, and services

• Registered Nurse, alternatively a successfully completed degree in natural sciences or healthcare management and/or clinical training, or a comparable qualification
• Familiarity with the processes and workflows of a dialysis center; initial experience in selling medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals in this environment is preferred
• Pharmaceutical Sales Representative certification (IHK) or documented expertise in accordance with Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG) required
• Expertise in therapeutic approaches related to peritoneal dialysis
• More than 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
• Proven experience managing strategic customers and successfully implementing growth initiatives
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, with the ability to lead teams, coach specialists, and effectively influence senior stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluent German and good English language skills
