Account Manager

• Grow the partner portfolio, from small studios to top performers, and drive revenue and booking growth
• Build trusted relationships with partners and support their growth with data-driven insights
• Act as the expert on the boutique fitness and wellness industry in the Frankfurt am Main region
• Analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and local market dynamics
• Drive the launch of new ClassPass products and ensure adoption of existing solutions
• Conduct regular check-ins, calls, and in-person meetings
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reports
• Maintain your pipeline in Salesforce in a structured and consistent manner
• Serve as the local voice of partners to Country Leadership

• At least 3 years of experience in Account Management
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to creatively solve a wide range of challenges
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop concrete, actionable plans
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and market trends, and translating them into recommendations for action
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
• Entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach to work, and a strong understanding of the fitness and wellness industry
• Existing contacts in the fitness and wellness industry are a plus
• Business-fluent German
• Very good English skills
• Valid authorization to work in Germany
• Experience with Salesforce
