IT Systems Administrator / IT Consultant, Monitoring

• Advise customers as their primary point of contact for technical questions and support them in optimizing user, permissions, and identity management processes
• Analyze technical requirements and derive suitable solution configurations
• Implement ManageEngine monitoring solutions in complex customer environments
• Integrate solutions into existing IT infrastructures using scripting and REST APIs
• Analyze technical issues and support customers with troubleshooting as part of first-level support
• Share helpful tips and best practices for ManageEngine solutions through workshops, training sessions, and practical videos
• Support customers throughout the entire process, from requirements analysis and implementation to production operation

• Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable technical role
• Extensive practical experience in monitoring IT infrastructures
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows environments, and Active Directory, as well as user and permissions management
• Experience with customer projects or technical consulting for IT solutions, along with an interest in IT management and IT security
• Knowledge of scripting or REST APIs is a plus; experience with IAM or SIEM is also advantageous
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer appointments within Germany
