Control-M Functional Analyst

• Monitor, manage, and track processes executed through Control-M
• Coordinate and execute functional testing activities, ensuring business requirements are met
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams
• Analyze functional incidents, coordinate investigations, and follow up on issue resolution
• Provide operational support and validate deliverables before production releases
• Coordinate activities related to enhancements, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional solutions
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, test cases, and operational procedures
• Support users during testing and implementation phases

• 2+ years of experience working with Control-M in functional, operational, or support environments
• Experience coordinating and executing functional testing activities
• Strong understanding of batch processing, scheduling, and workflow monitoring
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and SQL querying
• Basic knowledge of Python programming
• Experience working directly with business users and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• English: B2 minimum
