Full Stack Developer

• Lead customer integrations end-to-end, including scoping, technical design, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance
• Work directly with customers and partners on technical calls to understand their systems and data and deliver working solutions
• Provide technical support by answering integration questions, investigating and resolving issues, and maintaining reliable integrations
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and systems, including PMS platforms, open banking, and payment providers
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and data flows in a microservices architecture for high-scale usage
• Improve integration infrastructure for faster and more reliable customer onboarding, monitoring, and alerting
• Own features end-to-end from idea to production, including frontend work
• Write high-quality, testable code, including unit and integration tests
• Perform code reviews and collaborate with developers, product managers, customer success, and external stakeholders

• At least 4 years working with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#
• At least 2 years working with client-side technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
• Proven experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party APIs and external systems
• Customer-facing experience working directly with clients' technical teams
• Strong communication skills and a service mindset
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch
• Experience building Dockerized services
• Experience with cloud DevOps, preferably AWS
• BSc in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
• Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Experience with PMS/real estate systems is an advantage
• Experience in microservice architecture is an advantage
• Knowledge of CQRS/event-driven design patterns is an advantage
• Experience in the finance domain is an advantage
