SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Team Lead

• Lead national and international SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects
• Take responsibility from project initiation through go-live
• Manage international project teams, stakeholders, and partners
• Oversee project governance, budget, risk, and escalation management
• Collaborate as an equal partner with HR, IT, and management
• Support complex integration scenarios involving SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Payroll

• Experience leading international SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects
• Excellent understanding of HCM processes and SAP landscapes
• Experience in stakeholder and project management
• Very good German (at least C1 level) and good English
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% of the time
