Digital Solutions Consultant – Process Performance

• Work directly with customer operations and engineering leadership
• Shape high-impact digital optimization programs using ABB’s advanced portfolio
• Analyze production and energy performance to identify potential improvement
• Build clear, quantified impact value cases and ROI models
• Support pilots and scale digital optimization programs across sites
• Present compelling insights to Operations, Engineering, Energy, and Leadership teams
• Influence strategic decisions, investment priorities, and performance outcomes across complex process industries

• 5–10+ years in process control, optimization, energy, or industrial domain and digital solutions
• Demonstrated experience with APC/MPC, energy optimization, or simulation technologies
• Ability to translate technical insight into business value
• Minimum BSc in Process, Chemical, Automation, or Energy Engineering (or similar)
• Fluent English
• Nordic language is a plus
• Qualified candidates ideally from the UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Denmark, or other Northern European locations
