Systems Coordinator

• Lead the product area within a software development center
• Coordinate analysts and developers organized into squads, assigning tasks and tracking deliverables
• Manage people, including career plans, performance reviews, time tracking, and vacation schedules
• Develop the team through feedback, goals, and monitoring of individual development plans (IDPs)
• Identify talent and develop new squad leaders
• Ensure the appropriate allocation of people across squads and roles
• Work with the Product Owner (P.O.) to organize the project and maintenance workflow
• Plan demand schedules with the P.O. and management
• Track deadlines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new systems and modules
• Ensure the stability and performance of systems in production
• Prevent and resolve incidents
• Monitor SLA, uptime, and incident rates, and report results to management
• Promote data-driven management and the effective use of tools
• Support release acceptance testing, testing, and rollouts
• Ensure technical documentation, workflows, and manuals are kept up to date
• Strengthen communication with internal departments and provide visibility into deliverables
• Encourage the use of artificial intelligence in development and team management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience as a software developer
• Experience managing and leading people, including end-to-end team management
• Experience managing IT projects, including planning and scheduling
• Practical use of AI at work, such as LLMs, agents, and automations
• Experience tracking metrics such as SLA, uptime, and incident rates
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and the entire system development lifecycle
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Product-oriented mindset
• PMP certification or formal education in project management
• Experience with Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, or Oracle databases
• Experience with Power BI or other dashboard and metrics tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• Postgraduate degree in IT Management or Project Management
