Software QA Engineer

• Perform software quality assurance engineering activities
• Apply QA automation platforms and technologies, including CI/CD-level automation integration
• Conduct functional testing using appropriate methods and techniques
• Perform test analysis and work with acceptance criteria processes
• Work within an Agile development environment, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Troubleshoot issues and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and share experience in a continually changing environment

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 to 5+ years of QA experience
• 2+ years as a full-time automation engineer
• Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred)
• Required knowledge of QA automation platforms and technologies, including CI/CD-level automation integration
• Required knowledge of Agile software development methodology
• Required knowledge of functional testing methods and techniques
• Good understanding of test analysis and acceptance criteria processes
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues while handling multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
• Ability to complete work on time with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members
• Ability to learn quickly in a continually changing, challenging environment
• Preferred knowledge of SQL and database tools, including MS SQL Server Management Studio
• Preferred knowledge of test analysis and test scripting
• Preferred knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Preferred knowledge of DevOps/Jira
• Preferred knowledge of reporting and stakeholder communication
• Preferred knowledge of WDIO/JavaScript or Selenium WebDriver/Java
• Preferred knowledge of BDD, Cucumber, and BDD scripting
• Preferred knowledge of framework maintenance and improvements
• Preferred knowledge of CI/CD automation integration and tools such as Jenkins/TeamCity
• Preferred knowledge of REST and SOAP API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or ReadyAPI
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
