Channel and Partnerships Executive – Integration Partners

• Identify, qualify, and prospect technology platforms with high integration and distribution potential
• Lead technical and commercial alignment meetings with founders and heads of product, technology, and business
• Create documentation and support materials for partner integration, training, and engagement
• Plan and develop partner initiatives focused on partnership success
• Negotiate compensation models (CAC + revenue share) and partnership terms
• Coordinate integration projects with the Asaas technical team, connecting product, engineering, and partner stakeholders
• Build onboarding and activation journeys for integration partners
• Create go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and activation plans
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Performance, Customer Success, and Customer Experience to ensure integrated delivery
• Monitor results, generate insights, and propose growth plans focused on revenue and recurring revenue
• Maintain ongoing relationships with active partners and support their technical or product needs
• Track benchmarks and trends in technology partnerships, embedded finance, fintech, and open finance
• Build business cases to prioritize strategic integrations, considering revenue, volume, and synergy with the Asaas portfolio
• Expand Asaas’s presence across SaaS platforms, ERPs, and e-commerce businesses, strengthening its Embedded Finance and Banking as a Service (BaaS) solution

• Experience developing technology partnerships, B2B channels, or SaaS integrations
• Knowledge of the digital financial products market, particularly Embedded Finance or Banking as a Service (BaaS)
• Functional knowledge of APIs (REST, Webhooks) to engage in technical discussions with product and engineering stakeholders
• Strong command of partnership contract negotiations, including commission models, revenue share, CAC, and API monetization
• Experience managing CRM pipelines and digital B2B or B2B2C distribution strategies
• Nice to have: experience in payments or fintech companies
• Nice to have: experience in e-commerce, ERP, or SaaS platforms
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and data visualization (BI)
• Nice to have: experience developing go-to-market coverage strategies and managing multiple channels
• Nice to have: experience using AI tools (LLMs) for market research, lead qualification, and sales automation
