Operations Associate – Client Delivery

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
• For hiring operations: find, screen and hire people; run the funnel end to end; source candidates; chase and schedule; maintain an accurate tracker; identify process failures
• For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase and ship client work; hold timelines; brief the team properly; prevent work from stalling
• Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked
• Make real calls every day and be judged on the quality of those decisions
• Make decisions on live work during the paid trial and receive direct feedback

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job
• During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job
• If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days
• Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us
• Strong written English
• Based in South Africa
• You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one
• You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
• Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying
• Aptitude tests with a published floor
• Verification of employer, dates, title and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips
• Ability to make and own decisions, including decisions that go wrong
• Ability to distinguish which decisions are yours to make
• Ability to accept feedback and adapt appropriately
• Ability to identify failing processes and raise issues
• Clear and honest written communication

• 1000 USD per month on hire, set by responsibility and demonstrated capability, not by how long you have worked
• Pass your 90-day review and your pay goes up by 50 percent
• A one-month annual bonus (13th month pay in the Philippines and South Africa, THR in Indonesia)
