HR Specialist, People Analytics – SAP HCM

• Deliver high-quality HR reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
• Integrate and connect various data sources to ensure consistent data quality for complex reporting requirements
• Automate and standardize routine reporting
• Develop, maintain and optimize staff planning and forecasting
• Prepare monthly closing activities and HR-related accrual calculations
• Manage HCM authorizations, particularly the assignment of authorization roles
• Analyze reporting results and derive recommendations for HR management
• Work closely with Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance and Legal stakeholders
• Continuously improve and optimize processes according to defined standards and guidelines
• Participate in HR-related projects

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in HR controlling or related roles
• Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM
• Knowledge of SAP BW and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Several years’ experience in workforce planning and forecasting
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM authorization management is desirable
• Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong grasp of numbers, particularly at the interface between operational HR work and data-driven models
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately to the target audience
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Highly motivated to learn and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Excellent Excel skills
