Medical Expert, German – AI Training

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional medical tasks
• Build workspaces and files
• Write prompts
• Create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Germany
• Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
• Complete approximately 21 hours per week on an hourly basis

• 5+ years of clinical practice
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Licensed physician in Germany (Approbation)
• Ideally Facharzt
• Familiarity with AWMF guidelines and GKV practice
• Independent contractor status
• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
