Inside Sales Representative, Spanish, French

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management
• Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up
• Support Customer Service Representatives in booking high-value orders
• Manage Blanket and CA bookings
• Monitor all Blanket orders in CRM
• Manage customer master data
• Support controlling through credit-hold and overdue-invoice reports
• Oversee API requests and handle escalations

• Experience in sales, preferably in an international environment
• A way of working focused on finding solutions and helping customers
• Ability to self-prioritize tasks
• Solid organizational skills
• Fluency in French is required for managing customer relations
• Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage
• Strong command of English for daily communication during meetings and in written correspondence
• Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and remote working tools
