Qualitative Project Assistant, German Speaking

• Coordinate qualitative projects and assist the Project Manager with delivery according to client specifications
• Coordinate with respondents, vendors, freelancers and translation agencies
• Check the quality of deliverables before submission to the client
• Recruit respondents in the local language, including through panels and free-finding
• Call, confirm and rescreen respondents who participated in an online screener
• Finalize internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets
• Manage and control vendors assigned to qualitative projects
• Check vendor deliverables
• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers
• Manage vendor and freelancer progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research
• Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers when required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in market research preferred, ideally in the medical/healthcare field
• Business fluency in both German and English
• Exceptional time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize throughout the day
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies/software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment
• Must confirm whether registering with the state or national tax department as a self-employed contractor or freelancer, or setting up a personal limited company
