LMS Consultant

• Gather and analyze training requirements
• Configure and administer the Learning module
• Implement and manage learning paths
• Manage certifications, qualifications, and compliance requirements
• Integrate with human resources management systems and other platform modules
• Support the evolution and continuous improvement of corporate learning processes

• Experience with LMS / Learning Management System projects
• Knowledge of configuring and administering corporate learning solutions
• Experience with learning paths, training programs, and certifications
• Experience gathering requirements and interacting with business stakeholders
• Consultative, analytical, and solution-oriented profile
• Strong ability to contribute to implementation and support projects
• Fluent English
