Trainer – Electricity Project

• Delivering coaching sessions and achieving coaching objectives within the electricity project
• Designing and conducting coaching sessions in a systematic and methodical manner
• Supporting employees’ professional development and helping them build knowledge and skills
• Preparing and delivering effective coaching sessions
• Following up on and reporting the knowledge transferred
• Preparing training materials
• Conducting training needs analyses to select the appropriate coaching approach
• Working closely with the Program Manager (Supervisor & ACCM)
• Taking calls to stay up to date with new developments and changes

• Excellent written and spoken German
• Good English skills (at least B2 level)
• Strong self-management, learning ability, and creative skills
• Flexible and results-oriented approach
• Strong analytical, teaching, and systematic-methodical skills
• Excellent communication skills and relationship management knowledge
• Ability to resolve conflicts and lead a training class professionally and effectively
