Junior Product Manager – Payments

• Product management focused on card products
• Create and execute experiments to increase conversion, activation, and engagement
• Analyze the end-to-end card issuance, processing, and acquiring journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement
• Lead discovery with internal and external customers and ecosystem partners
• Define business rules for new card and card machine (acquiring) features and integrations
• Monitor performance metrics, including issuance, conversion, drop-off, delinquency, and costs
• Analyze customer profiles of users who do not activate or stop using the product
• Work closely with squads on technical refinement of user stories and solution validation
• Collaborate with CRM, Growth, and CX teams on adoption and engagement initiatives

• Knowledge of financial products or payment flows, including cards and acquiring
• Data analysis skills, including funnels, product metrics, performance, and engagement
• Experience with discovery processes, including interviews, problem framing, and validation
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Adaptability and ability to navigate multiple scenarios
• Creativity in developing hypotheses and solutions to increase conversion
• Direct experience with payment methods, cards, and acquiring
• Experience with payment integrations, including PSPs, gateways, fraud prevention systems, and digital wallets
• Familiarity with billing and digital payments metrics
• Experience with financial products or B2B billing solutions
