Senior Analytics Engineer

• Join the Professional Services data pipeline team, which supports all Blip clients.
• Transform large volumes of raw data into reliable, well-modeled, actionable datasets.
• Build and orchestrate scalable data pipelines to ensure a continuous and reliable flow of information.
• Develop PySpark routines to process large volumes of data.
• Model databases by applying business rules to establish single sources of truth.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Implement data quality and governance tests to ensure database integrity.
• Version-control code, scripts, and dashboards in repositories.
• Apply basic statistics to validate results and prepare structured datasets.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to translate technical needs into actionable solutions.
• Support business decisions through artificial intelligence and applied statistics.

• Substantial hands-on experience developing with PySpark.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining analytical views in Power BI.
• Experience building, managing, and orchestrating data pipelines.
• Experience with version control for code and analytical assets in repository-based environments.
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of basic statistics for sampling preparation and validation.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity and optimize workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders from different areas.
• Technical reading and writing proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience with GCP; experience using AI to enrich datasets; Spanish proficiency.
