Sales Manager – Senior

• Lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales objectives
• Develop sales execution plans and monitor progress and achievement
• Recruit and coach team members for performance and development
• Set targets, objectives, measurements and incentive schemes
• Identify business opportunities and provide market trend analysis and key account updates to stakeholders
• Recommend business tactical plans and key account plans to the brand team
• Support Business Unit and Customer Excellence in key account management
• Coach and reinforce key account management among sales manager peers
• Build and develop a high-performance sales team
• Establish goals, role accountability, feedback and employee development plans
• Retain talented people within the organization
• Collaborate with other functions to provide appropriate salesforce support
• Drive brand team goals and business results through target setting, execution planning and monitoring
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve or exceed brand sales targets
• Consolidate sales information and review forecasts with Brand Manager/Business Unit Manager
• Guide team members in developing sales plans aligned with sales forecasts
• Determine milestones and adjust activities, resources or timelines to support business initiatives
• Provide market and customer insights to the brand team
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate on key actions
• Monitor account engagement and account plans for brand planning
• Elevate market intelligence and field performance to brand teams
• Influence key stakeholders and support KOL engagement strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and market access teams on government tender strategies, if applicable
• Maintain contact with Central Government Stores and Government Supplies Department, if applicable
• University graduate, preferably in science or business
• At least 5 years of experience in related Sales/Marketing roles from the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience in managing eyecare and neuroscience or related therapeutic areas preferred
• Demonstrated capability to lead, motivate, focus and develop a sales team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw meaningful insights and actions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
