Non-Voice Support, French, English – Fixed Term Contract

• Provide email and chat support (no phone calls) to platform users
• Answer common how-to and FAQ-type questions
• Assist with account management and payment-related issues
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
• Support Spotify users in a fully international, positive, and collaborative environment

• Fluency in French (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
• Valid EU work permit – required to work in Bulgaria
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• Excellent communication skills
