Project Manager – Sales, Pharmacy Fit-Out

• Grow revenue in the pharmacy fit-out segment
• Actively prospect pharmacy owners and pharmacists in the assigned territory and convert ongoing opportunities
• Conduct layout studies and take measurements during client meetings
• Create 2D space-planning layouts in AutoCAD
• Define the customer journey strategy for the pharmacy
• Hand projects over to the design office for 3D modeling and cost estimation
• Present the complete proposal, negotiate, and close end-to-end fit-out projects
• Remain the pharmacist’s primary point of contact through final delivery, without managing day-to-day site operations

• Proven senior-level experience in pharmacy fit-outs required
• Active network of pharmacy owners and pharmacy groups
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) required
• Knowledge of building trades
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations
• High-level consultative approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Technical rigor and attention to detail
• Strong spatial awareness
