Head of Marketing – Growth

• Own the brand’s future growth, revenue, and marketing efficiency
• Position STUR as an emotional, high-end brand
• Cover the full range of performance channels
• Further develop the marketing strategy together with the co-founders
• Develop and establish processes and structures to support continued growth
• Lead a three-person team and expand the team over the long term
• Lead as an equal and support the individual development of team members
• Execute the strategy through campaigns in collaboration with the team, agencies, and freelancers
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and influencer campaigns
• Oversee testing and continuously optimize the conversion rate
• Make data-driven decisions
• Further develop reporting and KPI structures
• Derive concrete actions from data analyses

• Several years of solid experience in online marketing at fast-growing e-commerce companies
• Extensive experience managing the full funnel
• Experience building a premium D2C brand with high AOVs
• Responsibility for revenue in the eight-figure range or above
• Experience building, managing, and developing teams over the long term
• Willingness to manage campaigns hands-on across common paid and organic channels
• Strong understanding of creative assets as a key performance lever
• Creativity and a strong understanding of branding
• Experience with data analysis and attribution tools, as well as an understanding of their limitations
• Familiarity with tools such as Klar
• Passion for modern cuisine and identification with iconic, sustainable, and functional Made-in-Germany products
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Conversationally proficient in English
