Business Intelligence Analyst – Bidding Platform

• Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders
• Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation
• Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects
• Support the Bidding Platform organization, which processes over 20 million requests per second for real-time auctions and advertisement delivery to customers in 90+ countries

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics
• SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a strong plus
• Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool, such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Practical experience with creating data models and data exploration
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Fluency in both Polish and English
